About these terms

This website is operated by Ellis & Co. Private Limited. By using the site you agree to these terms. They cover use of the website only; creative services are provided under a separate written proposal and service agreement.

Information on this website

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Prices, plan contents, and service descriptions are indicative and are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before any work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or creates a contract.

Plan purchases and payments

Prices are in US dollars. Buying a plan online purchases one month of production for that plan; it does not renew automatically. Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments on its secure checkout, and an order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms payment. Custom work may be invoiced and paid through Wise Business.

After payment we contact you to confirm creative details and collect the brand assets we need. Production begins once onboarding is complete. Plan contents, revision rounds and exclusions are as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.

Cancellation terms will be published here before online payments open. Refund terms will be published here before online payments open.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, imagery, and the Ellis Motion™ name and wordmark belong to Ellis & Co. Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Rights in creative work we produce for clients are set out in the relevant service agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the forms, submit false information, or attempt to send spam through the website.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the website.

Third-party services and links

Some features, such as booking, are provided by third parties like Calendly, under their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
